What’s Happening in the Hamptons in March? We could be more excited about all what’s happening here. March can be such a boring month well maybe except for St Patty’s Day. There are so many events taking place you will have a hard time choosing which one to attend.

Hamptons Bedside Reading Authors Weekend
Well then make sure to be here March 1st-3rd. Five of the top luxury inns have join forces and created the first Hamptons Bedside Reading Authors Weekend. The weekend will kick off at Topping Rose with the first book signing and cocktail welcome. Amy Impellizzeri will be on hand to sign and talk her book Why We Lie, sounds intriguing doesn’t it? Head on over to my inn White Fences Inn Saturday to meet Kristy Woodson Harvey and her book The Secret to Southern Charm. Our own local tea company, Plain-T based right here in Southampton will be on hand to offer a “tea tasting” of some of the amazing teas. You have tasted tea until you have tried Plain-T. Next stop will be 1770 House in East Hampton where Amy Reichert will be waiting to have a “Hampton Coffee Break” with you while she signs here book The Optimist Guide to Letting Go. Take a short walk over to The Baker House 1650 for Pop for the Cork. Why not end the day with a sip of champagne and meet Kelly Simmons while she signs her book The Fifth of July (sure wish it was July already). There’s one more book signing on Sunday with Sandra Block who will be signing her book What Happened That Night at The Maidstone Hotel. Lite bits served before you have to hit the road.

How about a food & wine event
March 9th the Parrish Art Museum will host Two Forks and a Cork – a local food and wine event. It’s a great opportunity to visit the amazing Parrish Art Museum, located right next door. Then enjoy a fun and tasty celebration of the East End wineries with live music, hor d’oeuvres. Any guest of White Fences Inn who books a two night stay will receive two complimentary tickets with their booking.
Long Island Winterfest
February 22 – March 31st is five weeks filled with too many events to share in this post. There will be events on both the North and South Forks so take a minute to review all that’s happening and plan you visit.
