The weekend will begin with a wine & cheese social Friday evening and book signing. After breakfast you will visit a local farm stand to select ingredients for the soup. Upon returning to the inn the cooking demo will begin! Chef will show you how to make his butternut squash soup with Maine diver scallops and Chinese 5 spice cream with your assistance. Lunch will be the soup you help make followed by dessert of apple tatin made by Liz. Enjoy an afternoon visit to Wolffer Estate Vineyard for wine tasting. The balance of the afternoon is yours to explore the Hamptons.
